New Mills Women's Group packed shopper's bags for them last Saturday at Co-op in New Mills.
They raised £67.93 in donations.

We are a group of women who meet together each week at First Steps Nursery in New Mills, Derbyshire. The aims of the group are to provide support, learn new skills, and work in our community. There is a free creche. The meetings give a chance for child-free time with other mums, to chat, discuss, plan and learn.

AGM cream tea
New Mills Women’s Group AGM Cream Tea
You are invited to come to our Annual General Meeting with
Cream Tea on Thursday 21st March
2013 at New Mills Children’s Centre 1pm – 2pm.
This will be an excellent opportunity for friends to catch
up on what the group achieved in 2012 and share our plans for the forthcoming
year. We hope to keep the official
business of the AGM fairly short, so there will be plenty of time to ask
questions before and after. Transition New Mills will also be selling tulip plants.
All are welcome. There are crèche spaces available. Please

Thank - you for helping us raise over £1600
Well what a night we had. Over £1600 raised for One World Festival and New Mills Women's Group.
Lots of happy bidders! Massive thank-you to the community of New Mills who have been so so generous in donating lots, rafffle prizes and their time to make this event happen. You are brilliant.
